About Us

This site was created by me - David Jack - at the end of June 2003 because I was fed up and had nothing to do. Legally I'm not allowed to start work until July, so up until then I had nothing to do except go to the local shopping centre, sleep and go onto the internet.

That all changed for a few days surrounding the release of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, but it wasn't long before i'd finished the book and all the hype had started to wane. After the release of the book, all the fan sites stopped updating their sites so often, so all the sites that I wanted to look at were all basically the same. That was when I had the idea of building a website. Thus YRRAHRETTOP.com was formed. Anyone guess that YRRAHRETTOP spells HARRY POTTER backwards?

Anyway this page is called about us so il tell you a little about myself and then let the other staff members tell you about them. I'm 16 years old from the UK. I have a brother and a sister. My sister is a lot older than me and has two little girls who are great. I like going out with my friends-especially the cinema coz its gr8! My twin brother wanted to help me get this site up but all he's done so far is.............absolutely nothing!

However, Im sure he'l put up a few notices in the time that the site will be up so ill add him to this page in the hope that he will! As I said he's my twin but we dont look anything alike. He likes Harry Potter too but not as much as me. He took 8 days to read the new Harry Potter book! How long is that?!?!?!

Shantelle McDonald is a writer for the Hogsmeade times. As she is one of my best friends I will tell you a little about her! She lives in the northwest of England in a town called Skelmersdale with her Mum, Dad, brother Sheldon and her little dog Kane. Her interests include playing with her baby cousins Jack and Hayden, arguing with family especially Sheldon, playing with Kane, watching Harry Potter films, socializing with friends and listening to music, in particular N*E*R*D. She is currently awaiting her G.C.S.E results, which we all know she will get 10 A*s as she is super clever! Her favourite subjects are maths and science, and her worst is english. TJ Chambers is a new recruit to YRRAH RETTOP. Although he is only 9 years old, I let him write for my site because he seems to have good english, and anyway if theres any mistakes ill just correct them for him. Heres what he has to say about him self :- Hi im Tj chambers and i'm 9 years old, but who cares cause im great on the computer! I have three dogs, five parakeets, one gerbal, one hamster, and one turtle. I live in the Usa. I have 1 sister and her name is lexi and she is 12 years old. Moofasa200 is another new staff member to this site. She has kindly printed off posters and handed them around her school advertising this site. In her spare time she like to read Harry Potter, listen to music or help me out with this site.
